As a busy mum, I understand how challenging it can be to ensure your children are getting the nutrition they need. Yet it’s vital that growing children eat a nutritious and varied diet.

Many children experience health issues exacerbated by a poor diet and low nutrient intake. From digestive and gut issues to skin problems, anxiety, and food intolerances it is important children are supported with a balanced diet they can enjoy, and which provides all the crucial nutrients they need to thrive.

I offer 6 week nutrition consultation packages for infants and children of all ages providing a personalised programme tailored to your child’s specific needs.
